We developed the new GIS-AVL system for the security Department of the Association of Banks of Peru ("ASBANC")

January, 2017

APD has recently implemented a new fully optimized and customized GIS-AVL system for the Association of Banks of Peru ("ASBANC") for the functionality and operational requirements of the Bank Security Department "Águilas Negras" of the National Police, (also known as "DEPSEBAN")

The Association of Banks of Peru, founded in 1967, is a trade institution that brings together private banks and financial institutions of the country. For its part, DEPSEBAN offers comprehensive security coverage to a total of 1,500 banking offices in the Lima and Callao metropolitan area.

The GIS-AVL developed by APD is fully integrated with the “105” Emergency Center and the PNP TETRA radio network, thus facilitating the real-time location and communication of 152 "Águilas Negras" police units, providing the mechanisms they need to supervise and monitor their patrolling, such as the control of geo-fencing, linear routes or automatic counting of the number of police visits to the banks.

This new cartographic system is allowing DEPSEBAN to monitor in real time and in a centralized way, the preventive measures
